大学体育教育是高等教育重要的组成部分,而女大学生是大学生群体中需要特殊对待的组成部分。基于特殊的生理特征、结构和年龄、发育阶段,针对女大学生的体育教学则需要区别对待,无论是教学计划、课时安排、师资配备还是最直接的课堂授课方式,都要有着截然不同、更具针对性的教学思路。而自信心则是女大学生接受体育教育、参加体育运动的关键所在。本文重点探讨这一问题。
