跨国公司的定义和现状 对于跨国公司的定义,国际上尚无定论。按照苏联强调的也是我国学术界普遍赞同的传统看法,跨国公司是指在主要资本主义国家垄断财团所属的或所控制的企业,它通过对外直接投资,以本国母公司为中心在国外一个或更多国家和地区以联营、兼并、改造和扩建方式设立众多子公司,在世界范围内从事国际生产、销售和其他经营业务,是帝国主义对外扩张,侵略和剥夺、掠夺的国际化垄断组织。这种观点虽然充分揭示了帝国主义跨国公司的本质特征,但己经不能全面、合理地解释现实。因而我们主张采用联合国经济及社会理事会关
The Definition and Status of Multinational Corporations The definition of multinational corporations (MNCs) is not conclusive internationally.
