The metallurgical process of aluminum brazed brazing seam is discussed. 1.Al parent metal dissolves in the brazing filler metal firstly from the grain boundary, and Si penetrates the grain boundary due to the homogenization of the liquid brazing filler metal. 2. The liquid brazing filler metal Si diffuses into Al matrix grains of the matrix to form an α phase.
