电力供应是保障现代经济社会发展的先行官。没有可靠的电力供应保障,就根本谈不上区域经济社会的发展;区域经济社会发展模式,必然给电力供应保障提出新的挑战和要求,电力供应保障必须积极适应并有力促进这种区域经济社会发展模式;电力供应保障要积极适应并有力促进这种区域经济社会发展模式,就应该具有空间规划、类型规划、技术预测、节能环保、发展速度的前瞻性;解决电力供应保障具有前瞻性的基本思路,一是加强与地方政府、规划管理部门的紧密联系,形成信息互通的长效机制,二是要开展电力供应保障前瞻性课题研究,三是要广泛进行市场调查,及时搜集相关信息,还必须处理好及时跟进与适时引领的辩证关系。
