我院自2003年起,采用高压氧(HBO)配合药物治疗病毒性脑炎及其后遗症共19例,取得了较好的效果,报告如下:1材料与方法1.1一般资料。本组男11例,女8例,年龄3岁～56岁,病程3个月～1年7个月,其中有后遗症3例,行HBO治疗前患者临床表现主要为头痛、颈项强直6例;运动功能失常、共济失调10例;昏迷3例。1.2诊断依据。呈急性或亚急性起病,病前常有呼吸道或消化道感染史,有不同程度的意识障碍,
