关于滑石的基原,日本与中国的见解不同,《日本药典外生药规格》中记载,滑石为天然水合硅酸铝及二氧化硅。中国药典规定为硅酸盐类矿物滑石,称为软滑石及硬滑石。近年报道,日本市售品经理化方法检测结果为硅酸、水化埃洛石及透长石的混合物。为向临床提供优质、药效稳定的滑石,明确其基原,对日本及中国市场流通的滑石,通过物理化学手段进行了质量评定的基础研究。
Regarding the basal body of talc, Japan and China have different opinions. According to “Japanese Pharmacopoeia Exogametic Specifications,” talc is described as natural hydrated aluminum silicate and silica. The Chinese Pharmacopoeia stipulates talc mineral talc, which is called soft talc and hard talc. It has been reported in recent years that the test results of a commercialized Japanese commercial product are a mixture of silicic acid, hydrated halloysite, and feldspar. In order to clinically provide talc with high quality and stable drug efficacy, its basal origin was clarified, and the talc circulating in Japan and China market was subjected to basic research on quality assessment through physical and chemical means.
