本文通过文献资料、逻辑分析等方法对在多元文化背景下中华民族传统体育文化的自觉的重要性进行了分析,对实现中华民族传统体育文化自觉的途径从指导思想、方法和实现方向等方面进行了探讨,认为:应把解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进作为实现民族传统体育文化自觉的基本指导思想;在方向上应坚持以社会主义核心价值体系指导下的民族传统体育文化的自我构建与创新;在方法上应继承和弘扬优秀的民族传统体育文化,加强不同文化背景下的民族传统体育文化交流。
Through literature and logical analysis, this paper analyzes the conscious importance of Chinese traditional sports culture in the context of multiculturalism. From the aspects of guiding ideology, methods and implementation direction to realize the traditional sports culture of the Chinese nation, It is concluded that emancipating the mind, seeking truth from facts and advancing with the times should be taken as the basic guiding ideology for realizing the national traditional sports culture consciousness. In the direction, we should persist in the self-construction of the national traditional sports culture guided by the socialist core value system Innovation; in the method should inherit and carry forward the excellent national traditional sports culture, strengthen the traditional cultural and sports exchanges in different cultures.
