本文以华东师范大学、广西大学、怀化学院、三所高校的3支有代表性的队伍五人技巧啦啦操竞赛套路进行分析。运用文献资料法、录像分析法、数理统计法结合我国啦啦操运动成套动作发展现状,对我国高校技巧啦啦操成套动作的分析及发展现状做了研究,得出以下结论:;有就是我国啦啦操运动在过渡连接、尖子落地次数、底座缓冲次数上都还有待改进。
In this paper, East China Normal University, Guangxi University, Huaihua University, three colleges and universities three representative team of five cheerleading competition routines for analysis. By using the methods of documentation, video analysis and mathematical statistics combined with the development of China’s cheerleading exercises, this paper makes a research on the analysis and development of the cheerleading exercises in China’s colleges and universities, and draws the following conclusions: Cheerleading movement in the transitional connection, the number of top places, base cushioning times have yet to be improved.
