采用国产青石棉对BALB/c-3T3细胞和V79细胞染毒,发现该2种细胞均可被青石棉诱发微核与多核.并且观察到含青石棉细胞的微核细胞率和多核细胞率均显著高于不含青石棉的细胞,而后者又比阴性对照显著增高.这提示青石棉进入细胞是其发挥遗传毒性作用的重要条件,但并非必需条件.与青石棉样品比较(22%),这2种细胞内所含青石棉长纤维(>10μm)比例增大(60%-66%),提示细胞对青石棉的吞噬或保留作用具有一定长度选择性.
The domestic crocidolite was used to infect BALB / c-3T3 cells and V79 cells, and both of them were found to be induced by crocidolite. And the rate of micronucleated cells and the rate of multinucleated cells of crocidolite-containing cells were significantly higher than those of crocidolite-free cells, which were significantly higher than the negative control. This suggests that crocidolite entering the cell is an important condition for its genotoxicity, but not a requirement. Compared with crocidolite samples (22%), the ratio of crocidolite fibers (> 10μm) increased (60% -66%) in these two kinds of cells, indicating that the cells have a certain length of choice for the phagocytosis or retention of crocidolite Sex.
