就不同浓度的氯化钠、硫酸钠和碳酸钠对光果甘草种子萌发的影响进行了研究。结果表明:在不同浓度的3种盐条件下,光果甘草种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数和胚根胚芽生长长度均随着盐浓度的增加而下降。光果甘草抗硫酸钠盐的能力最强,能适应含盐量达2.1%~2.4%的土壤条件,抗氯化钠的能力为第二,能适应含盐量达1.8%的较恶劣的生态环境,而抗碳酸钠的能力相对最差,能适应含盐量为0.9%的碱性土壤条件。
The effects of different concentrations of sodium chloride, sodium sulfate and sodium carbonate on the germination of Glycyrrhiza glabra seeds were studied. The results showed that under different salt concentrations, the germination potential, germination rate, germination index, vitality index and embryo germination length decreased with the increase of salt concentration. Light licorice sulfate resistance of the strongest salt, salt content can adapt to 2.1% to 2.4% of the soil conditions, the ability to resist sodium chloride second, to adapt to salt content of 1.8% of the more harsh ecology Environment, while the ability to resist sodium carbonate is relatively poorer and can adapt to alkaline soil conditions with salt content of 0.9%.
