目的:观察艾迪注射液联合含铂化疗在晚期非小细胞肺癌治疗中的效果。方法:以我院肿瘤科2012年1月至2014年1月期间收治的100例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者作为观察对象,随机将其分为对照组与观察组各50例,对照组给予含铂治疗方案,观察组在含铂方案基础上联合艾迪注射液,对比两组患者的临床疗效与生活质量。结果:(1)临床疗效:观察组中,CR11例、PR19例、NC9例、PD11例,总有效率为60%,明显高于对照组(46%,23/50),具有统计学意义,P<0.05。(2)观察组的生活质量提高24例、稳定11例、降低5例,生存质量明显优于对照组,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:艾迪注射液联合含铂化疗可以明显改善晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的生活质量,治疗效果确切。
Objective: To observe the effect of Aidi Injection combined with platinum-containing chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: One hundred patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer who were treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were randomly divided into control group and observation group (n = 50). The control group was given platinum Treatment program, the observation group combined with Aidi injection on the basis of platinum program, the clinical efficacy and quality of life of the two groups were compared. The total effective rate was 60%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (46%, 23/50), with statistical significance (P <0.05) P <0.05. (2) The quality of life in the observation group increased 24 cases, 11 cases stabilized, 5 cases decreased, the quality of life was significantly better than the control group, with statistical significance, P <0.05. Conclusion: Aidi injection combined with platinum-containing chemotherapy can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer, the treatment effect is exact.
