一非公有制经济是我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分。改革开放30多年来,我国非公企业从无到有、从小到大,为推动经济发展作出了重要贡献。非公企业党建工作是党的建设新领域。近年来,宁夏各级党委及其组织部门、非公经济组织工委和委员单位适应非公有制经济快速发展的新形势,按照中央和自治区党委的要求和部署,把加强非公企业党建工作摆上重要议程,不断加大工作力度,目前,非公企业党组织覆盖率已达76.03%;开展了非公企业“双强六好”党组织创建活动,全区共创建各层级非公企业“双强六好”党组
