出于自身的发展,很多国有饭店企业进行了股份制改革,在一定程度上取得了良好的经济效益。但是,如果深入到公司内部就会发现,很多国有饭店企业的公司治理结构并不合理,对存在缺陷的治理结构如果不加以调整,就会影响到公司的正常运营,因此,从国有饭店企业公司的长远发展来看,在明确公司治理结构问题的基础上找出相应的解决措施是很有必要的。
