为实现伊犁矿首采面煤层安全开采,对其上覆岩层运动特征进行研究,分析其顶板突水危险性。利用UDEC软件进行数值模拟,分析随着工作面的推进,上覆岩层的破裂过程和来压特点。分析物理模拟上覆岩层运动特征,得到裂隙带高度随工作面推进而增大、裂隙带高度与采空区跨度有非线性关系等规律。分析首采面顶板充水条件,结合裂隙带高度发展规律,认为首采面顶板突水危险性较小。研究结果为矿区首采面煤层安全开采提供理论依据,同时,为制定防治水措施提供科学依据。
In order to realize the safe mining of coal seam in the first mining face of Yili Mine, the movement characteristics of overlying strata are studied, and the danger of water inrush from roof is analyzed. UDEC software was used to carry out the numerical simulation. With the advancing of the working face, the overlying strata’s rupturing process and the characteristics of coming pressure were analyzed. The physical characteristics of the overlying strata are simulated by physical simulation. The height of the fractured zone increases with the increase of the working face, and the nonlinear relationship between the height of the fractured zone and the span of the goaf. Analysis of the first mining face roof water conditions, combined with the development of fractured zone height, that the first mining face roof water intrusion risk is small. The results provide a theoretical basis for the safe mining of the first coal face in the mining area and at the same time provide a scientific basis for the development of water control measures.
