目的:了解出生缺陷发生的变化,为预防提供决策依据。方法:按照《中国出生缺陷监测方案》,对定西市安定区1999~2008年分娩的53 017例围产儿逐一筛查。结果:10年间出生缺陷平均发生率为113.94/万,近5年呈上升趋势。病种的构成比,中枢神经系统占27.82%,其次唇腭裂为5.01%,先天性心脏病为4.51%。结论:降低出生缺陷发生率,重点应进行婚前、孕前、孕期、分娩期的系统保健管理工作。
Objective: To understand the changes of birth defects and provide evidence for prevention. Methods: In accordance with the “Birth Defects Monitoring Program in China”, 53 017 perinatal children born in 1999 and 2008 in Anding District, Dingxi City were individually screened. Results: The average incidence of birth defects in 10 years was 113.94 / million, showing an upward trend in the recent 5 years. The constitution ratio of the diseases, the central nervous system accounted for 27.82%, followed by cleft lip and palate was 5.01%, congenital heart disease was 4.51%. Conclusion: To reduce the incidence of birth defects, the focus should be pre-marital, pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, childbirth system health management.
