随着博物馆社会服务职能的演变和拓展,多元化观众群体和参观需求对博物馆提出了更高的挑战,促使博物馆积极改善参观环境,提升开放服务水平,满足观众不同层次的体验需求。此文结合中国航海博物馆建设实例,分析阐述了当代大型博物馆提高参观环境与配套服务建设的重点内容和基本模式。
With the evolution and expansion of the social service functions of museums, the diversified audiences and the demand for visits have posed higher challenges to the museums, prompting the museums to actively improve the environment for visits, improve the service level of openness and meet the different needs of the audience. This article combines the construction examples of China Maritime Museum, analyzes and expounds the key contents and basic modes of contemporary large-scale museums to improve the construction of visiting environment and supporting services.
