近年来,人们为了建立操作简便而又无需特殊设备的痕量金属的定量分析法,发现大杂环卟啉类试剂在这方面是有发展前景的,已引起广泛重视。目前报道的卟啉类显色剂与铜反应大多需加热,所需辅助试剂较多,而且有的灵敏度低,干扰较严重,不利于直接测定。我们合成了具有新型结构的卟啉衍生物TMPPS_4,用于铜的测定无上述缺点,操作简便,灵敏度高,选择性好,用于多种样品中铜的测定,可不经分离直接测定,结果满意。
