近期研究表明,锗具有增血、抗炎症、抗衰老等多种医疗功能。人参及中草药中锗的含量引起人们极大的兴趣。李南强曾用催化极谱波测定过人参中锗含量,沈含熙等研究过多种苯基荧光酮类的光度测锗方法。本文拟定了在阿拉伯胶存在下,丁基罗丹明B-锗钼杂多酸光度法测定微量锗的新方法。试验认为,本法具有灵敏度高(ε_(595)=2.72×10~5),方法稳定,室温发色,再现性好,应用于矿渣、人参中微量锗的测定结果满意。
Recent studies have shown that germanium has a variety of medical functions of increasing blood, anti-inflammatory, anti-aging. Ginseng and Chinese herbal medicine in the content of germanium aroused great interest. Li Nanqiang has used polarographic polarography to determine the content of germanium in ginseng, Shen Han-hee studied a variety of phenylfluorone spectrophotometric determination of germanium. In this paper, a new method for the determination of trace germanium with butyl rhodamine B-germanomolybdic heteropolyacid in the presence of gum arabic was developed. The test shows that this method has high sensitivity (ε_ (595) = 2.72 × 10 ~ 5), stable method, good color reproducibility at room temperature and good reproducibility. The method has been applied to the determination of trace germanium in slag and ginseng with satisfactory results.
