为了建立一套快速、受外界环境影响小、结果准确可靠的辣椒杂种纯度鉴定技术,以 2 个辣椒杂种湘研 5 号、湘研 10 号及其父母本为材料,使用 M J/ P T C—200 型 P C R 仪及 G D S—8000 型凝胶成像分析系统,建立了适合辣椒 Random ly Am plified Polym orphic D N A( R A P D)分析的 P C R 扩增反应的实验体系,从 39 个随机引物中找到了 2 个可用于鉴定湘研 5 号、4 个可用于鉴定湘研 10 号杂种纯度的引物。
