本文从孝感市水资源特点、水环境恶化现状和水资源利用条件入手,分析了雨洪资源的特性和雨洪资源开发利用的方向,提出雨洪资源利用科学调度是前提,工程建设是基础,节水保水是关键;同时需要加强洪水的风险管理,探讨雨洪资源开发利用途径。
This paper starts with the characteristics of water resources, the deterioration of water environment and the utilization conditions of water resources in Xiaogan City. The characteristics of rainstorm resources and the direction of development and utilization of rainstorm resources are analyzed. It is a prerequisite for scientific deployment of rainwater resources utilization. Engineering construction is the foundation, Water conservation is the key; at the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the risk management of floods and discuss the ways of developing and utilizing rainwater resources.
