随着人们对积极心理学研究的日益加深,积极心理学科研成果已经被广泛地应于到各种社会实践活动中。教师的职能是向学生传递人类科学文化知识和技能,对学生进行思想道德教育,培养学生高尚的审美情趣,把学生培养成社会需要的专业人才。教师只有掌握必要的积极心理学知识,并将其灵活地运用到教育教学实践中,才能够从全新的视角审视自己的教育教学工作,才能够运用科学的方法和手段更多地去关注学生的优秀品质和美德,有效地帮助学生发掘自身的潜力,帮助学生成为具有积极品质的更幸福、更成功的人。
With the deepening of people’s research on positive psychology, positive psychology research results have been widely applied to all kinds of social practice activities.
