“儒家一神论”是一个汉学术语,原指天主教中国皈信者对天主教教义所作的不同于其传教士老师的取舍。本文则用它合指中国皈信者和传教士著述中共同表达的基督教神哲学思想体系。这个思想体系因其“异”于传统而向来被哲学史所忽视,然而它事实上却构成明末清初以来一个新的思想“端绪”,并且对传统也并非毫无影响。
“Confucian monotheism” is a Chinese term, originally referring to the different choice made by Catholics and Chinese converts as to the teachings of Catholics other than their missionary teachers. It is used in this paper to refer to the system of ideological and philosophical ideas of the Christian god in the writings of Chinese converts and missionaries. This ideological system has always been neglected by the history of philosophy for its “different” tradition. However, it actually constituted a new thought of “end of line” since the late Ming and early Qing dynasties and did not affect the tradition altogether.
