作者对郯城县1956~1997年42年法定报告传染病疫情资料进行分析,结果表明,急性传染病年平均发病率3557.30/10万,最高年份为31769.46/10万,最低年份为112.79/10万;发病呈大幅度下降趋势,由1956~1959年平均发病率2160.49/10万降至1990~1997的128.69/10万,下降了94.04%;曾严重危害全县人民健康的传染病如天花、黑热病五十年代即消灭,白喉已有19年无病例发生,脊髓灰质炎从1993年即无野毒株引起的麻痹型病例,麻疹、流脑、百日咳等传染病也降至历史最低水平;传染病谱也发生了变化,呼吸道传染病、虫媒传染病和肠道传染病发病率均呈下降趋势,年平均发病率分别由1956~1959年的528.93/10万、702.71/10万和928.15/10万降低1990~1997年的5.06/10万、3.88/10万和100.90/10万;人畜共患传染病发病率有所上升,由1956~1959年的0.17/10万上升至1990~1997年的18.19/10万;肠道传染病和人畜共患传染病在传染病发病总数中的比例由1956~1959年的42.96%和0.03%上升至1990~1997年的78.41%和18.19%,提示我们应加强肠道传染病和人畜共患传染病的防制工作。
