2006年福建省分公司加大成本控制力度,在全省遭受台风、暴雨等6次重灾的情况下,经营成本下降,实现利润1.4亿元。该公司向控制成本要效益的思路和做法,发人深省,给人启迪,值得关注。为了有效地控制成本,福建省分公司对成本逐一进行了分析,结论是最大的成本在理赔。为有效地掌控好理赔这个事关成本高低、效益大小的关键问题,该公司从2006年开始,由省公司一把手林智勇亲自分管理赔工作,加大了对成本的控制力度。
In 2006, Fujian Branch stepped up cost control efforts.
