外墙渗水现象是建筑工程质量的通病,本文结合上海美特斯邦威服饰股份有限公司物流中心及车间改造工程的外墙修复、改造等施工,就建筑外墙防水工程的质量控制进行了描述,对存在的问题进行解析,从原材料使用及施工操作中初步找出渗漏现象的原因,通过学习和借鉴有关技术资料,根据多年的施工经验,对其进行了分析,并总结了一些相应的防治措施,私以为,只要满足必要的施工条件,在施工中严格按照要求去做,是可以有效防止外墙渗漏现象的,为以后建筑防水施工可以起一些借鉴作用。上海美特斯邦威服饰股份有限公司物流中心及车间改造工程位于上海市南汇区康桥东路800号,由原来的操作车间改造成为展厅及办公区,对外墙窗的分格进行了重新布局,同时因原外墙存在大面积裂缝及漏水现象,外墙防水重新翻修施工。
