脐带绕颈是产程中造成急性胎儿窘迫的重要因素之一，其发生率为20％～25％[1]，严重时可使胎儿猝死宫内或导致新生儿窒息、甚至死亡[2]。产前诊断胎儿脐带绕颈，有利于围产儿的预后。本文对1996年5月至1998s年10月在我院分娩的2415例孕产妇胎儿脐带绕颈作如下分析。1资料与方法
The umbilical cord around the neck is one of the most important causes of acute fetal distress during labor. The incidence rate is 20% -25% [1]. In severe cases, the fetus may die suddenly or result in neonatal asphyxia or even death [2]. Prenatal diagnosis of fetal cord around the neck, is conducive to the prognosis of perinatal children. This article from May 1996 to October 1998 in our hospital in October delivery of 2415 cases of umbilical cord around the neck for the following analysis. 1 data and methods
