对164例病人进行心脏电生理检查,共检出15例潜在性束支阻滞,其中右束支阻滞11例(73.3％),左束支阻滞2例(13.3％),检出左右束支阻滞2例(13.3％)。对13例右束支有效不应期和4例左束支有效不应期进行了比较,其结果无显著差异。同时又用S_1-S_2及P-S_2二种方法对束支阻滞有效不应期(ERP_(BB))检出结果进行了比较,结果一致,提示二者都是程控刺激,故方法可靠。
Echocardiography was performed on 164 patients, and 15 cases of potential bundle branch block were detected, including 11 cases of right bundle branch block (73.3%) and 2 cases of left bundle branch block (13.3%), Bunch branch block in 2 cases (13.3%). Thirteen cases of right bundle branch effective refractory period and four cases of left bundle branch effective refractory period were compared, the results were no significant difference. At the same time, the detection results of effective refractory period (ERP_ (BB)) of bundle branch block were compared with those of S_1-S_2 and P-S_2. The results are consistent, suggesting that both of them are programmed stimulation, so the method is reliable.
