在仪器仪表行业中,需要大量的小模数齿轮,对这些齿轮的变形要求很严,齿形弧面只允许0.01毫米以内的变形。这就对加工齿轮的铣刀提出了更高的要求。以模数为0.2的铣刀为例,齿形弧面只允许0.005毫米的变形(用放大100倍的投影仪检查),要求硬度高、耐磨性好。为此,我们选用W18Cr4V钢代替CrWMn钢来制造小模数铣刀,采取了适当的热处理工艺,达到了上述要求,取得了好的效果。
In the instrumentation industry, the need for a large number of small modulus gear, deformation of these gears is very strict, tooth-shaped arc only allows deformation within 0.01 mm. This puts a higher requirement on the milling cutter that processes the gear. For example, the modulus 0.2 cutter, toothed curved surface only allows 0.005 mm deformation (magnification 100 times the projector check), requiring high hardness, good wear resistance. To this end, we choose W18Cr4V steel instead of CrWMn steel to make small modulus cutter, take the appropriate heat treatment process to achieve the above requirements, and achieved good results.
