上市公司巨量募集资金的投向对其所在区域的产业结构应会产生一定的影响。本文考察了山东上市公司募资投向对山东产业结构产生的影响,结果表明:山东省第一、二、三产业上市公司募资投入的产出弹性系数和产出贡献率依次增大;山东作为农业大省的优势没有在资本市场充分体现出来;第二产业上市公司的募资次数最多、募资量最大,但募资投向于新兴产业的比重较低;第三产业募资活动对产业内的贡献率相对较高,开始显现出一定的促进区域产业结构优化的趋势。
