When one thinks of Hangzhou,it usually conjures to mind a land of lakes and poetry.But long after the sun goes down,the town is still very much alive: singers busk,craftsmen weave,food stalls hock their wares,and mechanics get cabs ready for the next day.Hangzhou’s reputation as a city of souls comes alive when the lights go out.
