通过对清醒家兔心电图,离体豚鼠心脏灌流,及麻醉大白鼠心律的实验观察,发现10%与30%黄花倒水莲(PAD)能抗垂体后叶素引起的家兔急性心肌缺血,能增加离体豚鼠心脏的冠脉流量;60%与90%PAD能使BaCl_2引起大鼠室性心律失常恢复至正常窦性心律;而90%PAD对豚鼠离体心脏呈抑制作用。
By observing the electrocardiogram of awake rabbits, guinea pig heart perfusion, and heart rate of anesthetized rats, it was found that 10% and 30% of Polygala aculeum (PAD) can resist acute myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin in rabbits. It can increase the coronary flow of isolated guinea pig heart; 60% and 90% PAD can cause BaCl 2 to cause ventricular arrhythmia in rats to return to normal sinus rhythm; and 90% PAD can inhibit the isolated guinea pig heart.
