习近平总书记在十八届中央纪委二次全会上发表重要讲话,深刻分析了当前党风廉政建设面临的形势,突出强调从严治党惩治这一手决不能放松,要坚持“老虎”、“苍蝇”一起打,既坚决查处领导干部违纪违法案件,又切实解决发生在群众身边的不正之风和腐败问题。当前腐败治理的力度、广度和深度日趋强化,但反腐败形势依然严峻,检察机关惩防职务犯罪依然任重道远。近年来,检察机关反腐工作最大的变化就是将着力惩腐逐渐向惩防并举过渡,注重抓好常态化预防工作。
General Secretary Xi Jinping made an important speech at the Second Plenary Session of the 18th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and profoundly analyzed the current situation of building a clean government and stressing that the strict administration of the party should never be punished. We must adhere to the “tiger” “Flies ” to fight together, both resolutely investigate and deal with leading cadres cases of discipline and law violations, but also earnestly solve the unhealthy tendencies and corruption that occur in the side of the masses. At present, the intensity, breadth and depth of corruption control are increasingly strengthened. However, the anti-corruption situation is still grim. It is still a long way to go before prosecutors punish or prevent their job-related crimes. In recent years, the biggest change in the anti-corruption work of the procuratorial organs is to make every effort to punish corruption and gradually shift to punishment and prevention while paying attention to the normalization of prevention work.
