二十多年来,国外对肝、肾、胆囊、巨噬细胞系统等组织、细胞处于缺血、缺氧时的供能问题进行了广泛的研究,并取得了很多成果。但能源复合物ATP—MgCl_2对心肌细胞有何影响,尚未见报导。我们用体外培养的幼龄大自鼠心肌细胞进行了实验,并探讨了ATP—MgCl_2对心肌细胞的影响。
For more than two decades, the research on the energy supply of liver, kidney, gallbladder, macrophage system and other tissues and cells in ischemic and hypoxic conditions has been extensively studied abroad, and many achievements have been made. However, the impact of energy complex ATP-MgCl 2 on cardiomyocytes has not yet been reported. We performed experiments on in vitro cultured juvenile myocardiocytes and explored the effect of ATP-MgCl 2 on cardiomyocytes.
