1、鸡鸣泻治验董××,女69岁,每于鸡呜时泄泻数次凡三十年,壮时不以为病,年老则久治无效。诊见患者面色萎黄,语音低怯,常在鸡呜时脐下作痛,肠呜则泻,唆急不及入厕,腰痛畏冷,舌淡苔白,脉沉细而迟。此乃肾阳不振,命门火衰。用四神丸与桃花汤化裁:补骨脂12克吴萸6克肉蔻6克干姜8克五味子10 克赤石脂12克粳米12克大枣三枚。上方服16剂,腰痛止,脉缓,泻可不在黎明,继用四神丸与四君子汤加味,或四神丸与痛泻要方合
