微机型测试系统是以微型计算机或微处理器为核心组成的数字化测试系统,它在实现快速测试、高准确度测试和自动测量方面比一般测试系统装置要优越得多。一般的微机型测试系统是由输入通道、输出通道和主计算机组成的。输入通道是对被测信号进行数字采集的电路;主计算机部分是对采集数据进行计算处理和对输入/输出信息进行控制管理的部分;输出通道则包括输出信息的电路和显示装置。
Microcomputer-based test system is a digital test system composed of a microcomputer or a microprocessor. It is superior to the general test system in achieving rapid test, high-accuracy test and automatic measurement. The general microcomputer test system is composed of input channel, output channel and host computer. The input channel is a circuit for digitally collecting the signal under test. The main computer part is a part for controlling the collected data and for controlling the input / output information. The output channel includes a circuit for outputting information and a display device.
