1临床资料患者男,27岁。右大腿后侧出现斑块状黑色增生物2年。2年前无明显诱因患者的右大腿后侧出现一绿豆粒大小黑色斑块,无自觉症状,未予诊治。后皮损缓慢增大,近来增长明显,遂来本院就诊。体检:一般情况好,系统检查未见异常,浅表淋巴结未及肿大。皮肤科情况:右大腿后侧见一1.5×0.5cm大小的黑色斑块,略高起皮面,表面光滑,界清(图1)。实验室检
