自1968年我院收治经病理证实的胰岛细胞瘤9例,其中非功能性胰岛细胞瘤3例。现予介绍。并就有关文献作一讨论。病历摘要例1.女,54岁。上腹部包块5年,既往身体健康,饮食正常,无昏迷病史。查体:全腹无压痛,上腹正中触及拳头大小肿块,边界清楚,表面光滑,稍硬,有移动性。化验:血红蛋白10.8g,尿糖阴性,淀粉酶、转氨酶正常。超声波报告包块呈实质性回波,肝扫描正常。胃肠钡餐见胃大弯与十二指肠球部受压向右上移位,十二指肠弯有孤形压迹,但粘膜均完整。
Since 1968, 9 cases of islet cell tumors confirmed by pathology have been treated in our hospital, of which 3 cases are nonfunctioning islet cell tumors. Is introduced. And discuss the relevant literature. Case summary 1. Female, 54 years old. The upper abdomen was massed for 5 years. She was in good health, had normal diet, and had no history of coma. Physical examination: There was no tenderness in the entire abdomen. The middle part of the abdomen touched the size of the fist and the mass had a clear boundary. The surface was smooth, slightly hard and mobile. Laboratory tests: Hemoglobin 10.8g, urine negative, amylase, transaminase normal. The ultrasound report mass showed a substantial echo and the liver scan was normal. Gastrointestinal barium meal see large curvature of the stomach and the duodenal ball pressure to the upper right shift, duodenal bend with orphaned pressure track, but the mucosa is intact.
