In our department, the CEA enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kit prepared by Beijing Institute of Biological Products was used to measure serum CEA levels in 335 normal individuals and various types of patients. The results are reported below. Materials and Methods 1. The detection method was CEA-EJA enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kit manufactured by Beijing Institute of Biological Products. The upper limit of normal value was 5ng/m1.
