尊敬的作者、读者: 根据21世纪社会发展对人才素质的要求和基础教育小学阶段课程、教材与教学改革的需求,本刊与您们经过多年的共同努力,已成功地形成了“以栏定稿”的办刊风格。经过实践的筛选与读者的认可,本刊已培育了众多的特色栏目,初步形成了自己的特点。2003年本刊又进行了全国性的问卷调查研究,受到作者、读者的热切关爱,提出了许多建议与要求,在此表示诚挚的谢意,并有选择有计划地加以落实。2004年本刊将继续站在国内外小学教育教学改革的前沿,及时反映当代最新的人才观、科学教学观和课程教学改革的科研成果,使特色更加鲜明突出,对部分栏目进行完善调整。请作者按栏目投稿,为了方便广大作者专向投稿,现将本刊栏目设置及内容介绍如下。
Dear authors and readers, According to the requirements of talent development in the 21st century and the demand for curriculum reform, teaching materials and teaching reform in basic education, after years of joint efforts, we have succeeded in forming “ ”Style of publication. After practice screening and recognition of readers, we have nurtured a large number of special columns, initially formed its own characteristics. In 2003, we conducted a nationwide questionnaire and survey, received enthusiastic concerns from authors and readers and put forward many suggestions and requirements. In 2004, we will continue to stand at the forefront of the reform of primary and secondary education at home and abroad, and timely reflect the latest research findings of talented people, science teaching concepts and curriculum teaching reform so that the characteristics will be more conspicuous and prominent and some sections will be properly adjusted.
