本文讨论了乳状液内相小水滴在电场中的聚沉破乳机理,并在此基础上提出了电破乳中临界场强的概念。在自制的电破乳器中,对电破乳中各种影响因素进行了实验研究,本文提出的临界场强概念可以很好地解释实验中的某些现象。
In this paper, we discuss the mechanism of emulsion precipitation in the electric field and the concept of the critical field strength in electric emulsion breaking. In the homemade electric demulsifier, various factors affecting the electric demulsification were experimentally studied. The concept of the critical field strength proposed in this paper can well explain some phenomena in the experiment.
