主席、副主席、各位委员、各位先生:刚(?)张主席的关于福建省人民政府委员会工作任务报告,是根据中国人民政治协商会议共同纲领的基本原则及目前福建的具体情况拟订的,非常完满,非常妥当。这个报告就是本省今后的施政方针,我完全同意和拥护。对于叶副主席的福建军事情况的报告和方副主席的福建财政经济工作的报告,我亦是同样的同意和拥护。我现在报告福建省人民政府试行组织条例草案。
Chairman, Vice-Chairmen, Members, Dear Sir: Just now, Chairman Zhang’s report on the tasks of the committee of Fujian Provincial People’s Government was drafted in accordance with the basic principles of the common platform of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and the current conditions in Fujian Province. Perfect, very appropriate. This report is the administrative policy of our province in the future and I fully agree and support it. I also share the same concurrence and support for the report of vice chairman of Fujian’s military affairs in Fujian and the report on the financial and economic work of Fujian’s vice chairman. I now report that Fujian Provincial People’s Government has tried to draft the draft regulations.
