重庆日报创刊于1952年8月5日,由时任中共中央西南局第一书记的邓小平同志亲自题写报头,并题发刊词“发展生产,交流城乡,是城市工作的中心任务”。从此,重庆日报踏上了为党和人民的事业,为重庆经济社会发展扬帆鼓劲、擂鼓助威的壮丽征程。60年来,重庆日报始终坚持党的领导,唱响主旋律,实力日益增强,新闻人才辈出。目前,重庆日报报业集团已发展成为拥有15报2刊12网和20多家经营性公司的综合性传媒集团。
Chongqing Daily was first published on August 5, 1952, and Comrade Deng Xiaoping, first secretary of the Central Southwest Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, personally inscribed the headline and published the article “Developing Production and Exchange of Urban and Rural Areas is the Central Task of Urban Work.” Since then, the Chongqing Daily has embarked on the cause for the party and the people for the economic and social development in Chongqing sail sailing, cheering cheer grand journey. Over the past 60 years, Chongqing Daily has always adhered to the leadership of the party, sang the main theme, its strength has been steadily increasing and its news talents have grown up. At present, Chongqing Daily Newspaper Group has developed into an integrated media group with 15 newspapers, 2 newspapers and 12 newspapers and more than 20 operating companies.
