在激烈的市场竞争环境下,企业在发展中更注重自身内部控制水平的提高,确保能够在市场环境中占有一席之地。然而从现行大多企业内部控制现状看,仍存在较多弊端如内部控制制度缺失、财务管理水平较低、违法违纪现象频繁出现等问题,制约企业内部控制能力的进一步提升,更无从谈及推动企业持续健康发展。对此,本文将对企业内部控制的意义、企业内部控制存在的问题与原因以及加强企业内部控制的具体路径进行探析。
