现代建筑业相对于过去来讲,不论是在设计方面还是施工方面都发生了显著变化。现代建筑的发展呈现出高层化、集中化的特点,对于设计人员来说,就要重点在把握住宅建筑的自身用途基础上对其设计进行优化处理,保证建筑内部结构设置的科学合理,不会引起内部使用功能的相互冲突,通过对多种设计方案的对比分析来确定出最佳的设计方案,进而提升建筑主体结构的整体性能水平,据此本文就对当前住宅建筑的优化设计工作进行了分析,并对其的实际应用也做了相关阐述。
