为进一步提高刊物质量,更好地对备地档案工作情况进行宣传报道,《档案工作》杂志社在今年5月召开的第二次通讯员工作座谈会上决定对通讯员队伍进行一次调整。到目前为止,除内蒙、西藏外,28个省、自治区、直辖市的通讯员调整工作已基本结束,并按要求分别成立通讯员小组,选出了组长。杂志社已按各地上报的名单下发了聘书。各省、自治区、直辖市档案局对这次通讯员调整工作十分重视。山西、安徽、河南、甘肃、贵州等省采取集中开会、印发文件或利用下去检查工作等多种形式及时地向各级领导和通讯员汇报和传达了通讯员会议的精神,明确了调整通讯员的要求和条件。因此这次各地上报的通讯员名单都是经过了认真选择的,有的省还通过与杂志社的反复协商确定人选,基本保证了新的通讯员既有工作热情又具备一定工作能力。在收到杂志社的聘书后,一些省通讯员小组的组长马上负起了责任。浙江、河北、湖北、青海等省很快召开了有局一级领导参加的新通讯员小组会,向第
In order to further improve the quality of the publications and better publicize the work of filing records, Archives work magazine decided to make a readjustment of the correspondent team at the second correspondent working conference held in May this year. So far, in addition to Inner Mongolia and Tibet, the adjustment work of correspondents in 28 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities has basically ended. Corresponding groups of correspondents have been set up respectively to elect leaders. Magazines have been issued by the list of letters of appointment. Archives of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities attach great importance to this correspondent’s adjustment work. Shanxi Province, Anhui Province, Henan Province, Gansu Province and Guizhou Province reported promptly and communicated the spirit of correspondent meetings to leaders and correspondents at various levels in a timely manner in various forms such as meetings, issuance of documents or go-live checks, and clarified the requirements of adjusting correspondents and condition. Therefore, the lists of correspondents reported throughout this time have all been carefully selected. Some provinces have also determined candidates through repeated consultations with the magazine, which basically guarantees the enthusiasm and certain working ability of the new correspondents.
