为国家教委与联合国儿童基金会合作项目——小幼街接而召开的小幼街接研讨会,于1990年5月21日至26日在杭州召开。小幼街接项目由联合国儿童基金会与国家教委共同承担,时间从1990年起到1994年。这个项目领导小组已经组成,主任是国家教委幼教处副处长朱慕菊,领导小组另四位成员是北师大的陈帼眉、西北师大马以念、华东师大李季湄和南京师大郝和平。当前,我国在小幼街接方面还存在着一些突出的问题。这次,由国家教委直接领导这个项目,充分表明了国家教委对小幼街接工作以及对儿童身心发展的高度重视。由于我国地域辽阔,各地区的经济、文化、教育背景存在着很大差异,反映在小幼衔接方面的问题也是多样的、复杂的,因而该项目的最终目的是研究并解决当前我国小幼街接方面普遍存在的问题,使我国绝大多数儿童受教育的条件得到改善。
For the national education commission and the United Nations Children’s Fund cooperation project - young street then held the young and old street then seminar, in May 21, 1990 to 26 held in Hangzhou. At present, there are still some prominent problems in our country’s young and old streets. This time, the direct project led by the State Education Commission fully demonstrated that the State Education Commission attaches great importance to the work of young and old children and to the physical and mental development of children. Due to the vast territory of our country, there are great differences in the economic, cultural and educational backgrounds among different regions. The problems reflected in the connection between young and new are also diverse and complex. Therefore, the ultimate goal of this project is to study and solve the current problems of our young children The problems that are prevalent in this connection have resulted in the improvement of the conditions of education for the overwhelming majority of children in our country.
