目的为了有效控制甲型H1N1流感病毒的传播。方法对甲型H1N1确诊病人,医护人员作为此类特殊人群的唯一接触对象,应观察患者的表情和心理变化,进行心理疏导,维持其身心健康。结果建立医患之间的沟通,医护人员用自己的热情、自信、平静、和谐的心态安抚患者,消除孤单和恐惧心理。结论作为医护工作者,在突发公共卫生事件中加强责任感,阻断传染病的暴发流行。
Purpose In order to effectively control the spread of influenza A (H1N1) virus. Methods A H1N1 confirmed patients, medical staff as the only contact with such special population should observe the patient’s facial expressions and psychological changes, psychological counseling to maintain their physical and mental health. Results The establishment of communication between doctors and patients, medical staff with their own enthusiasm, confidence, calm and harmonious attitude to appease patients, eliminate loneliness and fear. Conclusion As a healthcare worker, it is necessary to strengthen the sense of responsibility in public health emergencies and block the outbreak of infectious diseases.
