随着我国建筑业的高速发展,人们对于建筑物安全性的要求也越来越高。在众多墙体建筑结构中,剪力墙结构以其承载能力强、抗震能力好、开间相对灵活等特点在当前住宅建筑中倍受青睐。在施工过程中,剪力墙结构工程的质量控制为重中之重。为能使建筑物整体质量达到合格的标准,并且在一定程度上节约成本,设计一个好的方案对剪力墙结构工程质量进行控制十分必要。本文就这一问题,对剪力墙结构工程质量的控制要点进行了探讨。
With the rapid development of China’s construction industry, people’s requirements for the safety of buildings are also getting higher and higher. Among the many wall building structures, the shear wall structure is favored in the current residential buildings due to its strong carrying capacity, good seismic capacity and relatively flexible opening. During the construction process, the quality control of shear wall structure engineering is the top priority. In order to make the overall quality of buildings meet the qualified standards, and to a certain extent, cost savings, it is necessary to design a good program to control the quality of the shear wall structure. In this paper, the issue of controlling the quality of shear wall structure engineering is discussed.
