我院1973～1987年共收治重复肾20例,报告如下:临床资料一、性别与年龄:男5例,女15例,男女之比为1∶3。年龄最小8个月,最大52岁,平均13岁,10岁以下者13例,占65%。二、重复类型:双侧重复肾4例,单侧16例(左侧10例,右侧6例),伴完全性重复输尿管19例(左侧10例,右侧5例,另一例为左侧重复输尿管,右侧“丫”型输尿管)。其中13例伴输尿管开口异位(左侧8例,右侧4例,双侧1例)。
