Uremic bleeding is multifactorial. Mucopolysaccharides accumulate in uremia inhibit platelet aggregation, whereas increased prostacyclin interferes with platelet-vessel wall interactions. Remuzzi et al. Reported that natural bovine parathyroid hormone (PTH) significantly inhibits platelet aggregation and secretion by different stimuli in vitro, indicating that PTH is a major uremic toxin. Several pure PTH preparations were used in this study to study Impact on platelet aggregation. The synthetic peptides used in the study were: cow PTH1-84, human PTH1-44, 28-48, and 53-84 and human PTH1-34. Control group of 20 healthy men, aged 20 to 35 years, 4 weeks before the test did not take any drugs; the patient group of 6 patients with primary hyperparathyroidism
